For 30 years I have been immersed in the art world as a gallerist, curator, and as an appraiser working with national and internationally respected artists and illustrators.  My experience in the art market has seen me helping clients build collections, curating exhibits, working with conservators and with museums.  I have experience in all facets of the life of the artwork from a knowledge of the processes to make it, to the sale, care, preservation, and its framing.

I have done appraisals for a variety of clients including collectors, estates, and museums for insurance, estate planning, family division, tax and donation purposes.  I remain current with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and am an Accredited member of the Appraisers Association of America.

I hold a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and continue to complete ongoing continuing education at New York University and the Appraisers Association of America as required by the Appraisal Standards Board.
